Today I’m coloring in frosted Christmas gingerbread colors. In the slideshow you’ll see that I used two very pale beige tones to add dimension to the candy canes, first edging with a light beige, then later smoothing out the shadows by coloring over with a much lighter pale beige.
It’s quite fun coloring a pattern in familiar colors from fancy bakery treats. So much easier than trying to build a gingerbread house with frosting and candies!
