When we left off yesterday, I had just added a really bold blue to my rusty tones coloring. I’m still basically coloring without a plan, but when in doubt – might as well add another blue to give me a light/dark combination. Those usually work out OK.
Oh yeah! That’s not bad at all. These colors have a very pretty rustic feeling to them.
A touch of almost cream is nice. And everything is so delicate that I think I might leave some white space in this picture.
But not until I color just a smidge more.
Maybe a little more.
OK – I really am stopping now. I’d love to color in that white spot in the very middle, but I know it will look better this way. Time to set the markers down! I find it so hard to leave white space, but I’m glad I did. Don’t you just love the lacey looking edging around the outside edge?
