I know that I’m going to eventually come back and recycle yesterday’s color scheme – but not today. New color horizons are calling. I’ve got no plan except “different than yesterday”. I guess my spirit of adventure is running strong today.
Oh, that’s kind of a fun and unusual start. I like that light aqua minty shade. Let’s find another close shade to go with it.
Yeah!!! I love the way this shade looks so much that it needed a close-up. And wow – I didn’t realize I was drifting outside of the lines that much with the yellow. Oh well, some days that happens.
And now I’m hooked on these aqua tones. Look at the way the color gradation looks like pretty bird feathers. I like it so much that…
I’m going to do the same thing here in this section – just in reverse.

And since it’s getting late, I’m going to stop here for the day. I’m not sure what I’m going to do next, but this is a really nice start and kind of different than the way I usually color. I really love the gentle transition of color in the aqua areas and this still reminds me of pretty tropical birds. I can’t wait to see where it goes tomorrow.
